CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is a big focus in my consultancy. As a topic that I think and talk about regularly it is dawning on me how much spirituality is at work in CRM because it's about relationships. And when I think of Spirit (which I often think of as my business partner), I think of the care, comfort, support, inspiration, guidance and love that are part of that relationship. Spirituality is the connection I have with God that gives me the qualities or talents that God expresses. The customer strategies I suggest in my work embody Spirit’s qualities, such as: - truly caring about the customer - being genuine and sincere - doing what is in the customer’s best interest (being self-less) - listening and responding - offering something of value without an expectation of return The reason these principles are a part of good customer/business relationships is that they are spiritual. They are natural expressions of the Spirit and that is our common foundation. Read more by this writter at the Spirit and Entrepreneurship blog.
