The SpiritOnTheJob community encourages and supports people who want to bring their “whole self” to work. Through personal stories, discussions and events, SpiritOnTheJob.com provides a forum to show how individual spiritual commitment on the job makes for better employees, a better workplace and a better contribution to the world at large.

Submissions therefore should support this mission. The site publishes stories, articles and blogs that cover the spiritual as well as physical and mental aspects of on-the-job enrichment—living, current examples of individuals finding purpose and meaning, uplifting the workplace environment, and improving the bottom line through the application of their understanding of Spirit.
