Since SpiritOnTheJob was launched in March, 2006, it has been dedicated to helping site visitors bring their spirit to work with them. The widespread use of spirituality in the workplace has been shown to improve work relationships, decision-making and the bottom line, and SpOTJ took as its mission a desire to encourage more people to explore this practical side of spirituality. In these eighteen months, the site has accumulated almost 400 articles and blogs written by employees, bosses, entrepreneurs and executives sharing evidence of their spiritual practice at work.
In recent months, the SpiritOnTheJob team has been considering the development of an expanded site to explore the practical application of spirituality for all of life's issues. The team is praying and planning what form this expression might take.
