Pretzel logic
written by a guest on September 11, 2006,1:48 pm

This is some pretzel logic! You admit that the US is doing bad things and yet somehow you arrive at the conclusion that these aren't in the administration's nature. How are you comforted in the face of these hate-based actions by the US? Is ignorance bliss your bliss?

Not defined by hatred

Thank you for this excellent article. I have been dispondant about how our administration reacted to the attacks on 9/11. I'm embarrassed because of the war we started. But this article put it straight for me. "America remains determined not to be defined by hatred." No matter what the US administration does, we remain determined not to be defined by hatred. I can hold to that. It isn't in our nature. Not even the administration's.
