New to LA, new to the entertainment industry, new to this job -- and now my boss wanted me to lie for him.

It was simple stuff, like telling callers he wasn't there when he really just didn't want to talk to them. And maybe most of Hollywood did business that way. I was freshly minted from out of state; this was my first entertainment industry job. And, I had only been hired on a trial basis.

Shawn Riegsecker was brought up in a strict Mennonite family in a small Ohio farming town. Now 33, Riegsecker is the CEO of a successful high-tech company he founded. The success of his company he feels is due to the values from his upbringing that he has incorporated into the company mission and culture. Says Riegsecker:  "I've taken the principles that my upbringing and religion taught me and put them into a structured document. Everybody that comes to work here reads it. And if they don't abide by it, they are no longer welcome inside the firm."
