Thanks for sharing your experience, this is helpful. I was also wondering if there was a guideline communicated to the employees or something posted by the room. The point about people not having to walk far is a good one too, and worth asking about if we have extra space to accommodate it. This space will be dedicated to just Quiet, no meetings, and there may be a time when someone may be meditating and someone else may come in also. I was thinking creating a serene ambiance is important and am also looking for ideas on how other Meditation or Quiet rooms are set-up, so your suggestions were also helpful.
