Finding the constant in the transitional - 2006/05/27 21:07
It's funny, but I've found that transitions, and the upheaval or newness or unknown of them somehow does an uncanny thing -- it brings out the deep, constant things in oneself. Like somehow during scary transitional times you have to dig deeper and find what's right and true and reliable in oneself. And you discover it not only new, but in a much richer more real and practical way. It's like in the unknown and unreliable you find the really known and reliable. Like a you you'd forgotten a long time ago or something. Has anyone else found this?
